You get a FREE Family Will Consultation & Report to help you understand the options available to you based on your family circumstances and I discuss with you a Recommendation and Options Report, so that you can make a fully informed decision. 

You only pay when you decide to go ahead.  

I go through the 6-step Will process* at your pace, fitting around your family life and work. 

Daytime and evening appointments are available at home or by zoom.

Step 1 – initial chat about your family circumstances and options to consider     

Step 2 – complete a questionnaire      

Step 3 – discuss Recommendation & Options Report so you can make an informed decision

Step 4 – instructions and payment      

Step 5 – check instructions and sign T&Cs

Step 6 – receive your legal documents to sign and and return for storage

Step 7 - receive certified copy of your stored Will documents and storage certificate and a certificate to show that your Will has been entered on the National Will Register      

Step 8 – for Lasting Powers of Attorney – signed documents are checked and sent to OPG (Govt department) to make them legal, and returned to you for safe-keeping
